This Sauvignon Blanc comes from grapes grown in the Maipo Valley.
A brilliantly clear wine, straw yellow in colour with perfumed aromas that are
fruity, fresh and light. The apple and citric finish is long and pleasant with a
hint of ripe pear.

This wine undertakes a slow start to fermentation to extract maximum
flavours from the top quality grapes, the wine is then transferred
to French oak barrels for 6 months. Well defined fruit aromas, rich Merlot
fruit on the nose with spicy vanilla flavours on the palate.

Produced from grapes grown in the Maipo Valley, this wine is ruby red
with garnet hues. It's aroma is deep yet delicate. A dry wine with medium
body, it's well balanced, harmonious and smooth.
